So you go around the sea in your boat and look for treasure? That sounds like a really cool job. Is it just for yourself or do you have to give a percentage to some company or something?

It's not my boat, I'm just a crewmember that lives aboard it. We have a permit to search within a certain area for the remains of two spanish Galleons that sunk in 1622, the Nuestra Senora de Atocha and the Santa Margarita. If you look up Mel Fisher you can learn the history behind it.
We get a weekly salary, a bonus for treasure found, and an annual division party where we get a small percentage of treasure.
